About the Author
Jayne Blatchly, the daughter of Otis Oldfield, grew up among many noted artists. She holds a BA from UC Berkeley and is a practicing graphic artist and archivist. She founded Inkwell Publishing in 1990 which produced the Catalog, Otis Oldfield Centennial, 1890-1990. Christine Moran, MFA, is an exhibiting photographer, professor of photography and an independent curator. She has taught at the Rhode Island School of Design, University of Colorado, Denver, Civic Arts Education in Walnut Creek, California, and other educational venues.

Comments by Competition Judge #85 are as follows: "The back cover copy does a great job of telling readers what they will get out of the book which is an incredible artistic and historical document. The book is very well organized with good grammar and proofreading. The formatting is effective with the body of the book printed on just one side of the page to show off the images very well. The font and line spacing are large. The quality of the reproductions of the artwork is excellent."
