About the Author
Faye Dunningham was born, raised and still currently resides in New England.� Ms. Dunningham devotes her life to helping dogs and their humans create a bond and hold a relationship that allows a person to enjoy the true benefits of having a canine family member.
Her belief that dogs are genuine members of a family powers her writings, her work and her devotion.�� Deciding to transfer her knowledge into book form, her goal is to offer a detailed understanding of how dogs perceive their world and couple this with clear training instructions so that all possible issues are covered within each book's topic.�

An excellent selection for the new dog owner or the "experienced" veteran!

As a dog owner for your 50+ years, I found this book to be enlightening, entertaining, an sometimes counter intuitive... but highly successful, when applied to training a new pup, or 're-training an older dog. Well worth the time it takes to read.

a definite recommend

I found this book to be very helpful in my endeavors towards socializing my puppy, Sophie. The author delivers what she claims in a positive and reassuring manner. Her instructions are easy to understand and use for all members of my household. The book is a pleasure to read as well as having detailed and specified information that really works!
Sophie is quickly learning to understand her world and interact in it in the way we want her to!
